Recovery smoothie
Ingredients (for 1 portion)
- 1 banana
- 200 ml milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 measuring spoon of vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 handful of spinach (optional)
Preparation
Puree all the ingredients in a blender until creamy and enjoy straight away.
The smoothie provides the body with carbohydrates and protein. Ideal for regeneration after training.
