Oat flake energy balls
Ingredients (for 1 portion)
- 100 g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or linseed
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until you have a sticky mixture.
- Shape into small balls and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy 1 to 2 balls approx. 30 minutes before training.
