Ingredients (for 1 serving)

For the crust:

  • 200 g cauliflower (grated)
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or parmesan)
  • Salt and oregano

Toppings:

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 50 g cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., bell pepper, mushrooms, ham)

Preparation

  1. Mix cauliflower, egg, cheese, salt, and oregano.
  2. Form a flat crust on a baking sheet and pre-bake at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 15 minutes.
  3. Top with tomato sauce, cheese, and your chosen toppings, then bake for another 10 minutes.
