Electrolyte drink
Ingredients (for 1 portion)
- 500 ml water
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients well until the salt and honey are completely dissolved. Drink chilled.
