Oat flake energy balls

Ingredients (for 1 portion)

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or linseed

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until you have a sticky mixture.
  2. Shape into small balls and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  3. Enjoy 1 to 2 balls approx. 30 minutes before training.
