Grilled chicken with broccoli

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 200 g chicken breast fillet
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp yogurt as a dip

Preparation

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in lightly salted water or a steamer for about 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill in a grill pan or on a barbecue over medium heat for 5–6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

Optionally, serve with a spoonful of yogurt as a dip.

This dish is high in protein and great for muscle building.
