Salmon with quinoa and spinach
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 2 salmon fillets (approx. 150 g each)
- 100 g quinoa
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and lemon juice
Preparation
- Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions.
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then fry in a pan with olive oil for about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Finely chop the garlic, sauté it in the pan, and briefly toss the spinach until it wilts.
- Serve the quinoa, spinach, and salmon on a plate.
