Protein wrap with chicken

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 2 whole grain wraps
  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 50 g hummus or cream cheese
  • 1 handful mixed vegetables (e.g. bell pepper, cucumber, carrot)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Spices to taste (e.g. paprika, salt, pepper)
  • Optional: herbs and some avocado

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken into strips, season, and sauté in olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Cut the vegetables into thin strips.
  3. Spread hummus on the wraps, add chicken and vegetables, then roll them up.
