Creamy rice with turkey and broccoli
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 150 g rice
- 200 g turkey breast fillet
- 200 g broccoli
- 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt or crème fraîche
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Preparation
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Season the turkey, sear it in olive oil, and cut into strips.
- Steam or boil the broccoli.
Mix the cooked rice with yogurt and spices until creamy. Serve with broccoli and turkey strips.
