Snack: Protein bars from the oven

Ingredients (for 8 pieces)

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 scoops protein powder (e.g. chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 50 ml almond milk

Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas and mix with the remaining ingredients to make a batter.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Leave to cool and cut into bars.
