Low-carb pizza
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
For the crust:
- 200 g cauliflower (grated)
- 1 egg
- 50 g grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or parmesan)
- Salt and oregano
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 50 g cheese
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., bell pepper, mushrooms, ham)
Preparation
- Mix cauliflower, egg, cheese, salt, and oregano.
- Form a flat crust on a baking sheet and pre-bake at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 15 minutes.
- Top with tomato sauce, cheese, and your chosen toppings, then bake for another 10 minutes.
