Snack: Low-carb almond biscuits
Ingredients (for approx. 10 pieces)
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon erythritol or another low-carb sweetener
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together, shape into small balls and press flat.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
