Snack: Low-carb almond biscuits

Ingredients (for approx. 10 pieces)

  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol or another low-carb sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, shape into small balls and press flat.
  2. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
