Vegan tempeh stir-fry

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 150 g tempeh (cut into strips)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (sliced)
  • 1 small zucchini (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Sauté the tempeh in peanut oil, then add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Season with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
